Is Wattlebase accounting software?

Wattlebase focuses on customers, quotes, jobs and invoices. It is not a replacement for professional accounting, tax or legal advice, but it can send your invoices and payments to Xero automatically.

Can I include GST on a quote?

Yes. GST can be enabled or disabled according to the quote and your workspace defaults.

Can customers accept quotes online?

Yes. A customer can review the quote through its secure link, enter their name and signature, and accept or decline it.

Is there a Wattlebase app for my phone?

Yes. There’s nothing to download from an app store. Open wattlebase.com.au on your phone and add it to your home screen in two taps, and it opens full screen like any other app.

What if there’s no phone signal on site?

Keep working. Quotes and customers you create with no signal are saved on your phone and upload automatically when you’re back in range. Sending and PDFs wait until you’re online.

Can my customers pay by card?

Yes. Connect your own Stripe account and invoices and deposits get a Pay now button for card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The money goes to your bank and Wattlebase takes no cut.

Can my staff use it too?

Yes. The Team plan is $39 AUD a month for up to 5 people, with Owner, Office and Field access so each person sees what they need.

Can I use a currency other than AUD?

Yes. Wattlebase supports several workspace currencies, including AUD, NZD, USD, EUR, GBP and CAD.
